Scott Hickling, MBA,

Chief Operating Officer

My passion for successful business dealings and positively impacting relationships are a direct result of over 35 years of senior management experience from a variety of backgrounds in transportation, personal security, education and corporate operations.

Each and every opportunity that presents itself arrives for a reason, and the energy I derive from that experience only adds to the continuous learning lifestyle.  I am at home in a boardroom and the backyard, and enjoy life to it’s very fullest.

Spending time giving back has also played a huge role in life, Uncle with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Long time plasma and platelet donor, Bone marrow donor, Calgary Interfaith Food Bank Past President, Canadian Cancer Society Calgary Past President, Kids Cancer Care Foundation past Director to name a few. Add a competitive background in personal strength growth and experience competing at local and international levels in Strongman and you get a sense for my focus and commitment.

A quick study, a fair and balanced negotiator, and a skilled listener allow my entrepreneurial mindset to find common ground and encourage those around me to succeed. I like to encourage the possibility of anything in people that I meet, deals that need to be negotiated and I value integrity above all else.

Jeremy Campbell

HEAD OF PRODUCTION

With 20-years of experience in the global film industry and more at the school of hard-knocks, Jeremy has worked on countless productions across all genres.  He started his first video production business while still in high school through harnessing the powerful state-of-the-art analogue SVHS cameras and A/B Roll editing suite which truly taught him of frustration and patience.

After relocating to Toronto, he quickly entered the world of feature films through which he met several mentors which allowed him the ability to learn through practical experience. From live event to corporate to features (webcast and broadcast)… from lifestyles tv, branded content/commercials and documentaries – Jeremy has coordinated, managed and produced some incredibly logistically challenged productions in unique and difficult locations.  Currently, he takes great pride in using his years of experience and his network to focus on scripted content that tells a great story.

Outside of regular production hurdles, he is a huge proponent of ‘Safety on Set’ for everyone.

PRODUCER

Liz has been working in the television/film industry for the majority of her career.  From running high-end tv shows to running to get coffee on a film shoot - rest assured...she only runs now when her fitbit is calling her out...and even then it is a gentle run at best.   Sure - she has even won some awards but everyone at some point has received a ribbon for just showing up some place.  Being social and awesome but smart and sassy is how she tries to roll each day.  This might not always be the case, but one thing is for certain...she rolls out of bed at least once a day...and eagerly looks for a congratulatory ribbon for doing so.  She is excited to social media the @#$% out of Finkle Productions.
